In 2017 planning began for the Dracut Public Access Television renovations. The new building’s grand opening was in 2019 and is a state-of-the-art facility designed to elevate community broadcasting. This 4,300 sq ft building is meticulously crafted to support a wide range of media production needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow for all users.

- Three Edit Suites: Designed for precision editing, these suites provide a quiet and focused environment for post-production work.
- Kitchen Studio Set: A fully functional kitchen set that allows for cooking shows and culinary demonstrations.
- Main Control Room: Centrally located, the main control room oversees all studio operations. It features advanced technology that enables simulcasting from a single controller, streamlining the broadcast process.
